OUR STORY

M&D Quinley was founded in 2004 by Delia Quinley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. At that time, her mother Gloria was opening her first care home. Knowing very little about the industry, Delia assisted her mother in navigating the intricacies of licensure and business operations. This role would become the foundation of the M&D brand - to help our customers with all their residential care needs: business, administration, training, and education; allowing them to focus on what they do best - providing quality care to their clients.

LIVESTREAM VIA ZOOM - Video MUST be on throughout the course

Certified ARF Administrators are responsible in the overall operations of ARF facilities or board & care homes. These facilities serve adults ages 18-59 with physical, developmental and/or mental health disabilities. This course shall prepare students to challenge the State of CA Certification Examination. This class is conducted Livestream via Zoom.

Class Fee: $395 (Includes Title 22 Regulations Binder)

Refunds only within 48 hours of the class minus the cost for the binder ($65). Return binder for 100% refund.
